• Colors, textures, and packaging may vary slightly from what's shown on screen.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g., in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
• All prices are listed in EUR and include/exclude VAT as indicated at checkout.
• Payment must be completed in full before an order is shipped.
• We use trusted payment providers to process payments; we do not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier issues or circumstances outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• It's your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We're not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armed Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment or unintended offense taken to game content, which is intended as adult/teen party humor.
