Return & Refund Policy — Armed Games

1. Overview

At Armed Games, we want you to be happy with your purchases. This policy explains your rights when it comes to returns or refunds.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through the website, as we have proof of purchase by these means. It is provided in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Estonian consumer protection law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at sebastian@armedgames.com. Along with request, we ask you to provide the order number, reason for return, and it will make it smoother to provide the client's name as well.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a full refund under the right of withdrawal:

• The game must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (shrink wrap, box, and seals intact).
• If the packaging has been opened, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what's necessary to establish the nature of the product.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email sebastian@armedgames.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason.
2. We'll confirm your return and provide a return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and components.
4. Ship the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If you're withdrawing from the purchase for any reason (change of mind), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise stated.
• If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs — see Section 7.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within [14] days, to the original payment method used for purchase.
• Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item) or if required by law.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item:

• Contact us at sebastian@armedgames.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no cost to you.

8. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal and refund do not apply to:

• Items that have been used, played with, or damaged by the customer.
• Items that are not in original packaging, or show visible use.
  

9. Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel an order before it has shipped, contact us as soon as possible at sebastian@armedgames.com. We'll do our best to cancel before dispatch; if the order has already shipped, standard return procedures apply.
